A child of art school parents, Tony Hart telly and DIY craft books, Rosy sees herself as a craft based maker, producing opulent objects to decorate both your life and head with.

Garlic is great for immunity as it contains lots of antioxidants but ginger works just as well and leaves no smell. You can use a garlic press to ‘juice’ a cube of ginger for a hot tea - add honey and lemon for the extra nutrients.

Water balloon piñata Get some strong balloons, fill them with water and tie them up high.
