Live out nanny, experience with young babies required Full Time

We are seeking a caring, organised, trustworthy and experienced nanny to join our busy family of 4 and become part of it. We live in E17, Walthamstow. We will also consider temporary candidates until we can find our full time favourite.

Primary responsibilities involve looking after our baby boy, born September 2022
Occasionally also looking after our 3 yr old daughter (will be full time during half term breaks) and helping with drop offs and pick ups from nursery.

Ideal availability is 4 days a week (Mon-Thu) from 8.30am-5pm, but we have flexibility with number of days and time.

Must have/must be:

• discreet, organised, positive and proactive with a positive can-do attitude.

• previous experience looking after a baby (paediatric first aid, changing nappies, preparing formula and bottles, washing and organising baby clothes as well as toys, initiating sleep training, creating heathy sleep habits, weening, preparing healthy meals, organising activities in line with development needs).

• lightweight housekeeping (maintaining the home tidy, organised and clean. Hoover playing areas and kitchen after meals.
Load and unload dishwasher. Taking care of children laundry)

• excellent references

• non-smoker and legal right to live/work in the UK

• able to plan and oversee fun, creative indoor and outdoor activities appropriate to age to support development

• good understanding of personal hygiene and safety

• relevant childcare qualifications, DBS Check, Paediatric first aid certificate (Ofsted registered is not a requirement)

• fluent English speaker (able to speak **Italian** would be a great bonus but not mandatory)

• occasional ad-hoc evening babysitting (approx. 1 per month)

• putting together a yummy meal for the family from time to time and speaking Italian would be great bonuses!
